    Hi guys

I'm looking for suggestions for locations for additional speakers in my 75 280Z. I have the two in the back but would like to add two more up front somewhere. I was going to go with door speakers but decided that I really don't want to cut the inner 'door skin'. I'm not interested in doing anything too exotic. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks
    Glen

I've seen some really neat aftermarket kick panels with speaker pods built into them to accommodate 5.5" speakers. They stick out a little but are pretty slick looking. Try a couple of the forums on classic z car or hybridz as I think this is where I saw them. If I find the link, I will post it.

I just installed a set of these in my 240Z. I recommend you buy the shallow set (what I used) as they do come close to the dead pedal. I think the deeper version would be in the way. Decent quality well worth the money.

Have you tried fitting them under the front seats in custom boxes?
