Nice drive along # 8 especially when you get into the Jordan Hollow part of the road. I get back there every once & while during the summer for a nice drive & visit.

    Default The introduction

    Hi there,

JP (Jean-Pierre in case you were wondering) Matte, current president / co-founder and Z owner since mid 1984. I literally towed my 71 out of a farmer's field, my mother nearly having a heart attack when she saw what I was dragging into the driveway. Needless to say that my mother does not have the gift which allows people like us to see beyond rust, dents and mechanical chaos and into the vehicular glory that only the chosen can perceive.

I was lucky enough to be around when OZC was founded back in '93 and have enjoyed the company of the many great people I have met through this club. Now that we have gone "cutting edge" with this website, I hope to hear from and meet many more of you out there.

    Hi Brad,

Thanks for checking out the site. You are more than welcome to hang out and look around for as long as you'd like. I am originally from Sault Ste. Marie Ontario and had relatives and friends in Sudbury. As well, a few years back we had some members who were from your area and they would make the trip down South occasionally. I am sure that there is a Z out there somewhere with your name on it and it's only a matter of time....

Hi guys. Tony Vargas from Mississauga. I have owned a '78 black pearl since new which has never seen winter. Back in '94 I foolishly did a V-8 conversion which I was never happy with. The car has sat in the garage since about '96 waiting to be converted back which I plan to do soon. Still have all the original stuff so it's a matter of rebuilding everything and dropping it all back in (easier said than done). Also own a yellow '77 which is now out of storage and has seen a number of outings due to the spectacular weather lately. I was a member of the club years ago and am happy to be back. Look forward to seeing some of you at Blackheads swap meet next month.

    Hi Tony,

It's great to hear that after some time away you have returned. Look forward to meeting you at the swap meet. It sounds like you have some very interesting Z tales just waiting to be told. The V8 swap sounds intriguing. Can't wait to hear more about it.

Hey folks. My name is Vic and I am a Z driver. 280ZXturbo to be exact. Very nice black and gold 280zx in excellent shape thanks to the gentleman I purchased it from a couple of years ago. It is completely stock and will likely stay that way although I wouldn't mind a little throatier sound coming out the back end. lol. In my younger years (going to University) I drove a sweet little 1972 240z and a '72 510. Loved both those cars... and always dreamed of getting back into a Z. So here I am. I'm from the Hamilton area. My other car is a Subaru SVX and I love that car too. In fact, I love all Subies. Our family also has a couple of Legacies.

Hey everyone. My name is hock from Markham, Ontario and driving around an '04 Black Z. Pretty active on the my350z forums but came over here to try and get involved with CASC and I guess this was a good place to start my roots. Planning to start their DDT so hope I make it onto the list
