All Japanese Weekend

This just in from John Taddonio, Z Car Club of Rochester.

ZCCR has been able to reserve a block of rooms at a local hotel for guests attending our All Japanese Car Show Weekend, July 9-11. This is a new Holiday Inn with many amenities and is centralized to all of our weekend events. In order to obtain the special rate, reservations must be made no later than June 9. FYI, Rick & Kathy Morgan are already reserved into this hotel. I am attaching the hotel information as well as a revised schedule for the weekend.

I will be happy to provide transportation from the airport for those of you flying in.

As the schedule shows, we have many exciting things planned. We would love to have you esteemed "Z" people join us. The Friday evening kickoff party with all refreshments provided, will be held at my home which is about 4 miles northwest of the hotel. The Saturday car show is located about 2 miles south of the hotel. The Saturday evening dinner is literally just down the road from the hotel. On Sunday, we will be meeting for breakfast near the hotel and caravanning down to Watkins Glen for our day at the track.

For those of you bringing cars to participate, full registration information will be posted on our website and also sent via email within the next week or so. I just wanted to get this special hotel offer out to you ASAP. Please share with your other club members.

I'm not sure if I missed it but is there a cost to get into the car show with a car?

I'm interested in this for sure with my work schedule depending

The registration for the car show is only $15. Proceeds from the entire weekend event will benefit the Eye and Tissue Donation Bank and the Breast Cancer Coalition. Full details on pre-registering for the entire weekend will be posted on our website soon at www.zccr.net

Thanks for all of the inquiry about ZCCR's All Japanese Car Show Weekend July 9-11. It is shaping up to be something special indeed. Where else will you see 240Zs Hls30-00006, 00008 AND 00013 on display together?? Throw in a FREE kickoff party and laps at Watkins Glen...well, it should be the Z event of the year in the northeast.
